1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Sift together powdered sugar and cornstarch and set aside.
Put cream and vanilla into a chilled mixing bowl, with a chilled whisk. Beat on low for one minute.
Slowly add powdered sugar to cream. Scrape the sides and stir.
Once incorporated, turn mixer up to medium high and beat until stiff peaks form.
Keep frosting cold as much as possible.
